What is StEP?
Run by the Skandalaris Center, the Washington University in St. Louis Student Enterprise Program (StEP) offers students a unique opportunity to own and operate businesses on campus, serving the university community. It allows students to gain real-world experience, supplementing their classroom education with practical business and entrepreneurial skills. Whether starting a new venture or taking over an existing one, students can manage and lead their businesses while learning valuable skills.

Qualified undergraduate students can apply for the StEP Loan Fund, which provides up to $10,000 per loan. This fund can be utilized to launch a new business or acquire an existing StEP enterprise.
